We proudly offer personalized services for individuals on the Home and Community Based Services Waivers in Colorado. We work with the following waivers:
- Supported Living Services (SLS)
- Developmental Disabilities (DD)
Get welcomed into a home of your choice either through a host home provider, family caregiver, or choose to live independently
Work with a job coach to find a job that fits your interests, learn new skills, and achieve your goals.
Create meaningful friendships and participate in community activities.
Learn technical and soft skills needed to work in community-integrated employment.
