We offer Supported Employment Job Coaching. Our dedicated team of Direct Care Professionals provides on-the-job support, promoting financial independence, skill development, and personal fulfillment. We're proud to collaborate with local businesses, creating opportunities for individuals to thrive in roles aligned with their interests and aspirations.

Our Supported Community Connections program offers individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities, make lasting friendships, and build independent skills. Our staff members provide tailored supervision and model appropriate interactions during enjoyable and structured outings, all outlined in a monthly calendar.

We offer Residential Services in the family caregiver, host home and independent living setting. Our seasoned providers have been in the field for multiple years and have extensive experience between high medical and high behavioral needs individuals. Most of our members have been with us for more than 3 years. Our providers are very knowledgeable, and experienced with guiding members to set goals and live as independently as possible.

Our professional Direct Care Providers possess the following base certifications: CPR/First Aid, QMAP, Safety Care (CPI), Defensive Driving, and Person-Centered Planning for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
